Hoisting Equipment by Pfaff-silberblau and Yale
The Columbus McKinnon Group’s (CMCO) two German subsidiaries present their products together. In a new brochure, the two companies are now showcasing their joint range of hoisting equipment that is approved for use in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
For the first time since it was acquired by the U.S.-based Columbus McKinnon Group (CMCO) in 2008, Pfaff-silberblau Hebezeugfabrik GmbH of Kissing, Germany, is presenting its products together with its German sister company, Yale Industrial Products, Velbert.
In its extensive introductory section, the 44-page ATEX brochure from Pfaff-silberblau and Yale explains the basic requirements from the 94/9/EG and 99/92/EG ATEX directives for those who manufacture explosion-protected operating resources or who operate systems with potentially explosive atmospheres.
In its ATEX program, Pfaff-silberblau shows individual components that – due to their modular design – can also serve as a basis for complete lifting systems. The ATEX-compliant hoisting equipment from Pfaff-silberblau and Yale are used by power companies and natural gas suppliers, in underground construction firms, by recycling companies and waste-removal companies at waste sites, by metal-working companies and paint shops, by the chemicals industry, in the pharmaceuticals industry and refineries, and in the wood-processing industry, the food and feed industry, and in agriculture.
Interested parties can order the ATEX brochure from Pfaff-silberblau and Yale by calling ++49 8233-2121 800 or by sending an e-mail to heben-foerdern@pfaff-silberblau.com. As an alternative, it is available for download in PDF format at www.pfaff-silberblau.com or www.yale.de.
