Aluminium Industry in Full Swing
Countdown for ALUMINIUM 2010, which is being held from 14-16 September in Essen. Compared with the first six months of the previous year, overall German primary aluminium smelters and semis plants experienced a marked recovery in production in the first half of 2010. Ahead of the ALUMINIUM 2010 trade fair, GDA – Gesamtverband der Aluminiumindustrie e.V. (Association of Aluminium Industry) – Düsseldorf, has announced that German aluminium companies remain optimistic that they will be able to maintain this good level during the second half of 2010. Aluminium Industry Trade Fair in Istanbul
The “Deutsche Messe”, Hanover, launches new trade show: from 15 to 18 October 2009, aluexpo will open for the first time in Istanbul. This trade show is meant to mirror vertically all fields of modern aluminium technology, ranging from casting products and smelting as well as processing machines to services. Manufacturers and traders have their booths next to each other to establish new business contacts, according to Deutsche Messe AG. Organisers are planning around 5,000 square metres exhibition space in the IDTM Istanbul Expo Center. Read more
